Caribou

The Caribou range brings together professional knives designed for all food processing activities: deboning, trimming, slicing, filleting, cutting, and institutional catering.

Created in 1992, Caribou is built on a founding principle: adapting the knife to the workstation, not the other way around.

It offers a wide variety of blades (shapes, lengths, flexibilities) and handles (ergonomics, safety levels, grip options) to precisely match the constraints of each task.

Sécuricoupe®

The safety solution for high-risk workstations

The Sécuricoupe® range was developed to address a specific need: protecting the operator’s dominant hand on workstations exposed to cut-through slip risks.

Internationally patented since 1999, it is based on a handle integrating a protective guard that prevents any unintentional contact between the hand and the blade.

This design effectively secures the cutting action while preserving work habits and the expected level of performance.

Available in three sizes, the Sécuricoupe® range:

  • makes slipping toward the blade impossible,
  • allows changes of grip,
  • enables the hand to relax without losing control,
  • can be used with or without a cut-resistant glove, depending on the risk assessment.

Sécuricoupe® is now widely used in food processing facilities as a practical lever for accident prevention, complementing QHSE programs and training initiatives.
