Dassaud Fils references are used to precisely identify a knife and its configuration in the catalog. They correspond to a combination of technical characteristics and help avoid any ambiguity during selection, manufacturing, ordering and tracking, to facilitate our exchanges.

  • Identify it first: it determines the knife type.
