1 Conformance status

DASSAUD FILS is committed to making its website https://dassaudfils.com accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation, and citizenship of persons with disabilities.

This accessibility statement applies to the DASSAUD FILS online store, an e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of knives and cutting tools for food industry professionals and private customers.

Conformance status: the website is not compliant with the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1. No full accessibility audit has been conducted to date.

The company has committed to a progressive compliance process to be completed by 28 June 2030, in accordance with European Directive (EU) 2019/882 of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility of products and services.

The main presumed non-compliances concern:

  • incomplete structuring of certain content (headings, ARIA landmarks, tables);
  • the presence of images without alternative text;
  • insufficient color contrast on some interface elements;
  • partial keyboard navigation;
  • and the absence of explicit navigation landmarks on certain pages.

2 Non-accessible content

Some sections or features may not be fully accessible, including:

  • automatically generated forms provided by PrestaShop;
  • certain visual presentation elements (banners, carousels, promotional images);
  • and some dynamic interactions within the cart and checkout process.

These elements will be progressively improved as part of ongoing technical and visual updates to the website.

3 Feedback and assistance

If you encounter difficulties accessing any content or functionality, DASSAUD FILS offers appropriate alternatives (information by email, telephone assistance, or order support).

To report an accessibility issue or request assistance:

An acknowledgment of receipt or a response will be provided within 15 working days.

This statement was established on 13 October 2025, based on an internal self-assessment in accordance with the RGAA 4.1 framework. It will be updated following the completion of a full accessibility audit, no later than 28 June 2030.
